Now that much-decorated director Ang Lee has scooped up another handful of awards for Life of Pi, he’s turning his attention to television. Lee will follow up Life of Pi with an FX pilot called Tyrant, his TV directorial debut. FX Networks president John Landgraf announced the news Thursday.
Tyrant, Lee’s first project following Life of Pi, is described by the network as “the story of an unassuming American family drawn into the workings of a turbulent Middle Eastern nation.” READ FULL STORY »
