The truth comes out this Thursday as the cast of CBS’ How I Met Your Mother drops by Inside the Actors Studio for a chat with James Lipton ahead of the series finale on Monday.

In the episode, airing on Bravo at 8 p.m. ET/PT, Lipton asks the actors to channel their characters for a portion of the chat and the segment yields some pretty hilarious results. Watch it below: READ FULL STORY

'How I Met Your Mother' cast headed to 'Inside the Actors Studio' -- VIDEO

Here’s one interview that’s sure to be legendary.

The cast of How I Met Your Mother — Josh Radnor, Neil Patrick Harris, Alyson Hannigan, Jason Segel, and Cobie Smulders — will appear on Inside the Actors Studio later this month. The group interview, hosted by James Lipton,  is part of the lead-up to the finale of the long-running sitcom, which makes its exit Mar. 31.

Bravo has released a few excerpts from the taping, including Radnor explaining what he likes best about the comedy: “I’ve always loved [that] it’s not a cynical show,” he explained. “It’s a show that lets people love each other, and express that love. The whole point of the show is about love and the search for love…and it’s also about family…a kind of modern family.”

No word on whether the cast shares any insight about any of the recent ending rumors that have flooded the Internet.

'Arrested Development' cast coming to 'Inside the Actors Studio' -- VIDEO

The Arrested Development cast is about to get locked up with Warden Stefan Gentles: Will Arnett, Jason Bateman, Portia de Rossi, Alia Shawkat, Jeffrey Tambor, Jessica Walter, and creator Mitch Hurwitz will sit down with James Lipton on Inside the Actors Studio, premiering Thursday, Nov. 7, at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.

The Actors Studio host memorably appeared on the show as Warden Gentles, and Hurwitz reveals in the episode that he always had him in mind. “As I was in the pilot phase, I was already thinking about interesting casting, and it was Liza Minnelli and you,” he said to Lipton, also referencing Minnelli’s role as Lucille 2.

Lipton, for his part, is getting ready for the big premiere with his very own AD-worthy chicken dance:

When Jennifer Aniston made the transition from the small screen to the big screen, there was always the looming dilemma of whether she’d ever be able to escape her iconic (hair cut and all) Friends character Rachel Green. And while her role as a dentist who sexually harasses her employee (Charlie Day) in this weekend’s hilarious, raunchy comedy Horrible Bosses most certainly proves she can (Rachel may have hit on her assistant Tag, but never like this), there’s still no way of ever totally escaping Rachel. But Aniston is okay with that.

The actress, who appears on the next installment of Inside the Actor’s Studio airing Monday, July 11 on Bravo at 8 p.m., explained to host James Lipton why she’ll never let Rachel or Friends go. READ FULL STORY
