You might expect someone that struggled mightily in pretty much every single challenge, tossed out her tribe’s food supply, took the lead on building a terrible shelter, and then got voted out one day before a tribe shake-up that could have completely changed her fortunes in the game to have some regrets from her experience on Survivor: Cagayan. But not when then someone is nuclear engineer J’Tia Taylor. One day after being eliminated on the show, J’Tia called into Entertainment Weekly Radio (SiriusXM, channel 105) to talk about how it all went wrong, and we mean ALL went wrong. And now you can hear the entire interview right here on the InsideTV Podcast. READ FULL STORY

There was a point during the early days of The Big Bang Theory where it was hard to imagine a day when Sheldon Cooper (Jim Parsons) would stand closer than 5 feet to another human being. But who knew a day would come when we’d actually be having a conversation about Sheldon’s first kiss?
After last week’s episode, that’s exactly where we find ourselves — marveling at the progression of an odd
creature character once thought to be set in his ways. Not to say he still isn’t, however. In fact, if there’s one amazing thing about the incredible lip-lock Sheldon shared with Amy (Mayim Bialik), it’s that, according to executive producer Steve Molaro, the writers found a way to both honor the character’s beloved uniqueness and inch him forward. In the conversation below, Moloro elaborates on that point and tells EW how the moment came together. READ FULL STORY
Sheldon, Leonard, Raj and Howard can always be counted upon to supply their comedic two cents on a slew of nerdy pop-culture items, from the panned Green Lantern movie to the worth of an Apple Store Genius. But there’s one piece of huge (HUGE!) geeky entertainment news that the Big Bang Theory guys have yet to weigh in on: Disney’s purchase of Lucasfilm and the promise of more Star Wars movies, starting with Episode VII in an expected 2015 release.
So at The Big Bang Theory‘s PaleyFest panel on Wednesday (read our full report of the event here), EW asked the stars of the show how they imagine their characters would have reacted to the news that had millions of voices not at all silenced but crying out with both glee and skepticism. Sheldon Cooper, Leonard Hofstadter, and Raj Koothrappali may not be doctors of the medical sort, but they still know how to serve up a heaping dosage of best medicine (a.k.a. laughs — lots of them) to a sold-out audience. At least, that’s what their real-life counterparts — along with other cast members and writer-producers of The Big Bang Theory — did Wednesday evening for the CBS comedy’s PaleyFest panel in Beverly Hills’ Saban Theatre.
The event, presented by the Paley Center for Media, was pretty short on spoilers. The production schedule is currently not that far ahead of viewers, who will get to see the 19th episode of season 6 tonight, but there were plenty of entertaining and funny behind-the-scenes stories and playful moments among the talent on the panel, which was moderated by NCIS actress Pauley Perrette.

Mayim Bialik returned to the set of The Big Bang Theory Thursday following a minor car accident in L.A. on Wednesday that left her with a severe injury to her left thumb. She tweeted about the “love and support” she received from the show’s cast and crew and said she was “Grateful. And tired.” Friday morning, the Emmy nominee tweeted again, her sense of humor still in tact: “Nerve block: good. Nerve block wearing off: not good. Natural childbirth: manageable and profound. This: meh.” READ FULL STORY
The Big Bang Theory star Mayim Bialik was in a “minor car accident” on Wednesday, according to a statement from a rep. “She is doing fine and will be returning to work tomorrow,” continues the rep. “She thanks everyone for their concern.”
People reports that Bialik was struck while driving on Hollywood Blvd., and quotes an LAPD officer saying she incurred “a severe injury to her left thumb.” Despite initial reports that the Emmy-nominated actress may have lost a finger due to the wreck, however, Bialik tweeted the following statement: “(husband typing) In pain, but will keep all my fingers. If you wanna see pre accident me, watch The Soup tonight lol.”
This isn’t the first time a Big Bang actress had a scary brush with possibly losing an appendage. In 2010, Kaley Cuoco severely broke her left leg in a riding accident that nearly resulted in amputation and kept her off the show for several episodes.
