'Today' host Savannah Guthrie announces pregnancy on air -- VIDEO

Today anchor Savannah Guthrie couldn’t take a break from the news even during her own wedding: She and her now-husband Mike Feldman announced her pregnancy this weekend at their Arizona wedding, and she again shared the news on this morning’s Today show.

“We are four months pregnant,” Guthrie announces in a clip filmed at the wedding after being introduced by the NBC News Special Report theme music. The crowd at the reception gives the couple a standing ovation and cheers — is this what every pregnancy announcement is like?

“I’m so happy to tell the world,” Guthrie says on the show, “because I can’t suck in this gut anymore.”
