[SPOILER ALERT IF YOU HAVEN’T SEEN THE LATEST INSTALLMENT OF AMERICAN HORROR STORY: FREAK SHOW.]
The most recent episode of FX’s American Horror Story: Freak Show marked a homecoming of sorts for Lily Rabe. The actress, who appeared on all three previous installments of AHS but is now shooting her ABC thriller The Whispers, returned to play her Asylum character, Sister Mary Eunice. In the Enchanted Forest that was, Belle was kidnapped by the Queens of Darkness—Maleficent (Kristin Bauer Van Straten), Cruella de Vil (Victoria Smurfit) and Ursula (Merrin Dungey)—so they could leverage her for a magical gauntlet from Camelot that reveals a person’s greatest weakness. Rumple initially complies, but later returns to take the gauntlet back and declines their offer to team up to steal their happy endings. Six weeks after being banished from Storybrooke, however, he tracks Ursula down in New York and plans to follow by reuniting the other Queens. READ FULL STORY
